Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

  • United States: 12–25 business days
  • Canada: 15–30 business days
  • Europe (EU/UK): 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–35 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Why the longer delivery window? We ship directly from our supplier's warehouse to keep costs low and pass the savings on to you. Faster domestic fulfillment options will be available once we validate volume through a US-based fulfillment partner.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. No minimum order required.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Note that tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after the initial scan.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders (including orders to Canada and Europe) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. We have no control over customs processing times or fees.

Order Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, email hello@tixwear.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue.
