Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. The delivery estimates below are the total time from order to doorstep (processing + transit).
Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to the European Union and Sweden.
- Standard items (full-body suits, head nets, kits and accessories): 7–20 business days
- Express items (e.g. the Tixwear Breeze fan — marked on the product page): 4–7 business days to Germany and most of Central & Western Europe, and 8–15 business days to the Nordics, Baltics and remote regions. Use the delivery selector on the product page for your country’s exact estimate.
The exact estimate for each product is shown on its product page and at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free, tracked shipping on every order. No minimum required.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Note that tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear after the initial scan.
Taxes and Customs
EU VAT is included in the price you pay at checkout where applicable, so there are normally no additional charges on delivery. In rare cases a local carrier may apply a small handling fee; any such charges are the buyer's responsibility and are outside our control.
Order Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email hello@tixwear.com with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it.
