About Our Products

Tix sells physical barrier apparel designed for outdoor use. Our products are garments — not medical devices, pesticides, or repellents.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT DISCLAIMER: The Tix Calf Shield and all Tix products are designed as physical barrier garments. They are not pesticides, repellents, or medical devices. They do not prevent, treat, or cure any disease, including Lyme disease, alpha-gal syndrome, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, or any other tick-borne illness. No physical barrier garment can guarantee 100% protection against ticks. Always perform a full-body tick check after outdoor activities, and consult a healthcare provider promptly if you suspect a tick bite or develop symptoms.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Our products are fulfilled via third-party dropshipping suppliers. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment may originate from international suppliers (including China), that estimated delivery windows are estimates not guarantees, and that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
