We want you to be fully satisfied with your Tix purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn and unused — must be in original condition
- In original packaging (if received with packaging)
We cannot accept returns on worn or used compression sleeves for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return
- Email hello@tixwear.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo if the item arrived damaged
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5 business days
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item:
- Email hello@tixwear.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item
Late or Lost Shipments
Our products ship from international suppliers with an estimated delivery time of 12–25 business days for the US. If your order has not arrived within 35 business days of your order date:
- Email hello@tixwear.com with your order number
- We will investigate with the supplier and either resend your order or issue a full refund
We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received. In these cases, we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or used compression sleeves (hygiene)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior approval
